A favorite blouse! This is beautiful with its tie at the neckline and roomy fit. The tie at the neckline is sewn onto the stand collar with beautiful delicate gathered pleating. It ties at the front, creating a great bow. There are buttons down the front and gathering along the back placket. It has drop shoulders and 3/4 length sleeves. We love the sleeves folded up. The cotton is a light and crisp high density paper cotton. This is such a great piece, we can't recommend it enough! We love it with its matching Ino Skirt.
